Spring Saag Curry
Stewed Onions and Tomatoes, Garlic, Ginger and Whole Spices,
Organic Spinach, Kale and Cilantro
Coconut Cream and Lemon,
Topped with Cripsy Gold Potatoes and Chickpeas
Toasted Cumin and Garlic Chile Oil
Basmati Rice, Roasted Carrots and Peas
YUM!!
Great with our Lemon Chicken or Tofu!
