We are super passionate about our cooking classes!

We love to cook for people, but helping others make their own Mindful Meals builds a better world.

Whether we’re helping to kick starting your learning process or growing your skills, we are here to support your journey with love, kindness and experience.

We have a variety of classes to meet your needs. From a full pantry reset to navigating food allergies, we are here to help.

Cooking classes include a free consultation to determine your goals and a custom made menu just for you!

Classes are $150 plus the cost of supplies, and and are taught in your home kitchen. To add a friend, it’s just $50/person!

Each class takes about 3 hours and includes a lesson on how to use a knife properly, how to be cleaner, safer and more efficient in your kitchen.

We also travel to local Air BnBs. These classes make a great group activity or holiday gift!

    Do you want to be able to make your own exciting, plant based meals? We can show you all our tips and tricks to create flavorful, balanced meals of your very own.

    A beginning level class, we will talk about ways to create balance, getting the macro-nutrients you need, in a fun exciting way!

    Fresh Pasta Class

    Learn the art of freshly rolled pasta. Made with local ingredients, this class is fun, easy and rewarding!

    Includes:
    -Learn the art of hand-rolled pasta
    -Create scratch-made marinara/pesto
    -End with an abundant meal with a seasonal salad and garlic meal.
